Wil je contact opnemen, dan kun je het contactformulier gebruiken of een afspraak plannen via mijn externe afsprakenlink. Via het contactformulier verwerk ik uitsluitend de gegevens die je zelf invult: je naam, e-mailadres en je bericht. Ik gebruik die alleen om je vraag te beantwoorden en contact met je op te nemen, en niet voor marketing zonder je toestemming.
Voor het bezorgen van berichten uit het contactformulier maak ik gebruik van de e-maildienst Postmark als verwerker. De gegevens die je invult bij het plannen van een afspraak worden verwerkt door de afsprakendienst volgens hun eigen voorwaarden, uitsluitend om jouw afspraak in te plannen.
Alleen als je bij het contactformulier apart en uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft, gebruik ik je e-mailadres om je af en toe tips of updates te sturen. Dat vinkje is optioneel, staat standaard uit en is niet nodig om je bericht te versturen. Je kunt je toestemming op elk moment intrekken en je bij iedere mail afmelden. Zonder die toestemming gebruik ik je gegevens uitsluitend om je vraag te beantwoorden.
ivoabels.nl gebruikt Cloudflare Web Analytics om te meten hoe de site wordt gebruikt, zodat ik hem kan verbeteren. Dat is een privacyvriendelijke, cookieloze methode: er worden geen cookies geplaatst, je wordt niet over websites heen gevolgd en er worden geen persoonlijke profielen opgebouwd. Daarom is er ook geen cookiemelding nodig.
Ik plaats geen tracking-, advertentie- of marketingcookies. Mocht ik in de toekomst analytics gaan gebruiken die wél cookies plaatst (zoals Google Analytics), dan vraag ik daar vooraf jouw toestemming voor via een cookiemelding en pas ik deze verklaring aan. Externe links (zoals mijn afsprakenlink en LinkedIn) openen op hun eigen domein, met hun eigen privacy- en cookiebeleid.
De enige verwerking die kan plaatsvinden, is wanneer jij zelf besluit een afspraak in te plannen of mij via LinkedIn te benaderen. Dan gebruik ik je gegevens uitsluitend om contact met je op te nemen en je vraag te beantwoorden.
Gegevens uit een afspraak of bericht bewaar ik niet langer dan nodig is om jouw vraag te behandelen of onze samenwerking te onderhouden.
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens, en je kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking. Ook kun je een gegeven toestemming intrekken. Neem hiervoor contact met me op via mijn afsprakenlink of via LinkedIn. Heb je een klacht, dan kun je die indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Ik deel je gegevens niet met derden, behalve wanneer dat wettelijk verplicht is. De afsprakendienst en LinkedIn zijn zelfstandige partijen met een eigen verwerkersrol wanneer jij hun diensten gebruikt.
Deze verklaring kan wijzigen wanneer de website of dienstverlening verandert. Raadpleeg de pagina daarom af en toe.

To get in touch you can use the contact form or schedule a meeting through my external booking link. Via the contact form I only process the details you enter yourself: your name, email address and your message. I use these solely to answer your question and contact you, and not for marketing without your consent.
To deliver messages from the contact form I use the email service Postmark as a processor. The details you enter when scheduling a meeting are processed by the booking service under their own terms, solely to schedule your appointment.
Only if you give separate and explicit consent on the contact form will I use your email address to send you occasional tips or updates. That checkbox is optional, unticked by default, and is not required to send your message. You can withdraw your consent at any time and unsubscribe from every email. Without that consent I use your details solely to answer your question.
ivoabels.nl uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure how the site is used, so I can improve it. This is a privacy-friendly, cookieless method: no cookies are placed, you are not tracked across websites and no personal profiles are built. That is also why no cookie notice is needed.
I set no tracking, advertising or marketing cookies. Should I use analytics that does place cookies in the future (such as Google Analytics), I will ask for your consent beforehand via a cookie notice and update this statement. External links (such as my booking link and LinkedIn) open on their own domain, with their own privacy and cookie policies.
The only processing that may take place is when you choose to schedule a meeting or contact me via LinkedIn. In that case I use your details solely to contact you and answer your question.
I do not keep data from a meeting or message longer than needed to handle your question or maintain our collaboration.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You can also withdraw consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact me via my booking link or via LinkedIn. If you have a complaint, you can file it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
I do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. The booking service and LinkedIn are independent parties with their own processing role when you use their services.
